James has a Business degree from Providence University College and Property Management training from the Manitoba Real Estate Association. He started in hotel operations, working from Night Auditor to Manager on Duty. Seeing that hotels had no good way to help walk in or displaced guests, he created Instant Rebook to make last minute travel easier for guests and more profitable for hotels.
